Through the tenant portal, you may submit maintenance requests, view your tenant ledger and pay your outstanding balances online.
When submitting a maintenance request online, please provide as much information as you can and note if you would prefer to meet with the vendor or if you wish to give the vendor permission to enter with keys from the office.
To prevent any tenant charges, please be aware that some maintenance issues are a tenant responsibility as outlined in your rental agreement and are listed below:
- Clogged drains
- Replacing light bulbs/batteries for smoke detector
- Damages caused beyond normal wear and tear
